Marchesi F.lli snow blades are designed for intensive use on agricultural tractors and construction machinery. Each unit is constructed with high-strength steel to ensure structural stability and thorough road clearance, protecting the integrity of the tractor. Range and Configurations The LN series is designed to cover various operating widths, ensuring maximum roadway coverage: LN 280: Width 2800 mm – Ideal for secondary roads and farmyards. LN 320: Width 3200 mm – Reinforced version for main roads. LN 350: Width 3500 mm – Maximum operating capacity for large surfaces. Construction Features Independent Segment Structure: The blade is equipped with a spring safety system that allows only the sector affected by the impact to fold, ensuring continuous operation and protecting the frame. Discharge Geometry: Optimized blade angle to facilitate lateral snow discharge, reducing friction and fuel consumption. Interchangeable Blades: We use highly resistant, wear-resistant steel blades that are easily replaceable to maintain maximum clearing efficiency. Safety and Approval CE Compliance: Product manufactured in accordance with Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC. Testing Support: We provide the technical documentation needed to update the vehicle registration document, ensuring full compliance with road traffic regulations.

At Marchesi F.lli, every machine we offer first passes through our workshop. We don't just deliver the vehicle: we perform mechanical, hydraulic, and electronic tuning based on our firsthand experience in repairs and conversions.

CONSTRUCTION AND INSTALLATION
PROTECTIVE FRAMES
Technical adaptation and certified safety. We manufacture and install rollover protection frames designed in accordance with INAIL (formerly ISPESL) guidelines. Each structure is designed to ensure effective operator protection and tractor compliance in accordance with Legislative Decree 81/08. Specialized Construction: We manufacture fixed or folding 2-post and 4-post rollover frames. We use only steel and certified bolts to ensure maximum structural strength in all working conditions. Custom Adaptability: We manufacture frames for major tractor models (Fiat, Landini, Same, Lamborghini, Massey Ferguson, and others). Mechanical Assembly: Installation performed on the machine's structural attachment points to ensure stability and maximum mechanical strength. Document Management: Upon completion of each installation, we issue the Declaration of Conformity required by INAIL guidelines. This document certifies that both the chassis and assembly comply with legal standards; it must be kept with the vehicle registration document to certify the vehicle's compliance during inspections.
